Wood Hat Spirits, LLC ("Wood Hat Spirits," "we," "us") runs a distillery and tasting room at 489 Booneslick Road, New Florence, Missouri. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at www.woodhatspirits.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy applies only to www.woodhatspirits.com. It does not cover other websites we link to, including our online shop.

Our website is for adults 21 and over

Our website is intended for people of legal drinking age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe someone under 21 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Information you give us

Contact form. When you use the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, the subject, and your message.

Email and phone. If you email or call us, for example to book a tour, we receive whatever information you choose to share. That typically includes your name, email address or phone number, and the details of your request.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as:

  • the pages you view and how long you stay
  • the website or search that brought you to us
  • your approximate location, such as city or region, based on your IP address
  • your device type, browser, and operating system
  • actions on the page, such as scrolling, clicking links to other websites, and downloading files

Our website provider. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace sets cookies that are needed for the site to work securely and to give us basic visitor statistics.

Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Adobe Fonts. To deliver them, Adobe receives your IP address and basic browser information.

Embedded videos and maps. Some pages include videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and maps from Google Maps. When you view those pages, the provider may set cookies and collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy.
